You need to be at least 13 years of age to work with us. All project requests must comply with platform guidelines including Discord and Roblox terms. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if these conditions aren't met.
Please share complete and accurate project details from the beginning. Projects are handled in the sequence they're received once approved. Major revisions requested after approval may require additional payment and could affect your delivery timeline.
Liberty Studios maintains ownership of all created works unless you specifically purchase full commercial rights. Standard projects include usage licenses, while full ownership can be negotiated separately. We're not responsible for modifications made after delivery unless previously arranged.
Our creative work is provided in its current state. Liberty Studios isn't accountable for how clients choose to implement our deliverables or any consequences that may result from their use.
We exclusively accept Robux as payment. Your project enters our queue only after payment is fully processed. While our rates may adjust over time, any confirmed and paid projects maintain their original quoted price.
Payments are final once processed. Approved projects cannot be cancelled unless mutually agreed upon between you and your assigned creative. Projects may be closed without reimbursement if a client becomes unresponsive or unavailable.
We may revise these terms periodically without prior notification. Your continued use of Liberty Studios services indicates acceptance of any updated policies.
