Liberty Studios Designs – Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following:
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Your Requests must not involve anything harmful, illegal, or violate Discord's or Roblox TOS. We can suspend service at any time if our terms are broken.

Placing an Order
Provide clear, accurate details upfront. Once confirmed, your order will be processed in the order it was received. Significant changes after confirmation may incur extra Robux and extend delivery.

Design Ownership
All designs remain owned by Liberty Studios unless full rights are explicitly purchased. Clients may receive usage rights or opt to buy full rights for complete control. We are not responsible for future edits unless agreed separately.

Liability Disclaimer
All services are delivered as-is. We are not liable for how our designs are used or for any loss related to them.

Payments
All payments are accepted only in Robux. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received. Pricing may change at any time but will not affect orders already paid.

Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds after payment. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, unless agreed by both client and designer. If a client is inactive or disappears, the order may be voided without refund.

Terms Updates
These terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of our services means you agree to any changes.
